Subscription Plans
Our meal subscription service offers flexibility and convenience with options for weekly deliveries. You can choose from various meal plans tailored to your dietary needs and preferences.
Billing and Payments
Subscriptions are billed on a weekly basis. Payments will be automatically processed using the payment method provided at checkout.
Modifications and Cancellations
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To make changes for the upcoming week, please ensure updates are made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
Delivery and Scheduling
We deliver your meal/s straight to your door. Typically orders can be delivered every Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 1PM - 5PM. Deliveries will be delivered on the next available delivery day (orders must be placed by 5PM the night before any of our delivery days, for example if you order on Sunday before 5PM your order will be delivered on Monday, an order placed after this time will be delivered Wednesday. Delivery is available within a 3-mile radius of our shop. For those outside this area, in-store pickup is available after you receive the "Order is Ready for Pickup" notification. Please check our shop’s opening hours at the bottom of the website before arriving to collect your order.
If you require more than one delivery per week, please contact us to arrange a custom schedule.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
Bespoke Orders
For orders exceeding 50 meals or special dietary requirements, please contact us for bespoke pricing and arrangements.
