General Questions
- What does the Fojo service include?
Fojo offers customisable meal plans with 1, 2, or 3 meals per day. We focus on healthy, balanced options tailored to your goals.
- How do I place an order?
Browse our website, choose your meals or plan, and checkout. We also offer weekly and monthly subscriptions.
- What is Subscribe & Save?
Our Subscribe & Save offers regular deliveries of Fojo Meals directly to your door. This convenient service ensures you never run out of Fojo and saves you money on every order.
- How much can I save with Subscribe & Save?
You can save 20% with weekly deliveries, discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
- How do I Subscribe & Save on Fojo meals?
Choose your meal/s, select "Subscribe & Save", set your delivery frequency, and complete the checkout.
- Is there a minimum amount of meals for Subscribe & Save?
We have no limit currently, you can order one meal and have it on Subscribe & Save and have it delivered on weekly basis.
- Can I cancel my Subscribe & Subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime without penalties. Manage your subscription through your account dashboard.
- Can I skip a delivery or change the frequency of Subscribe & Save orders?
Yes, adjust your delivery schedule or skip deliveries anytime via your account dashboard, up to 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
Delivery Questions
- When do you deliver?
We deliver your meal/s straight to your door. Typically orders can be delivered every Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 1PM - 5PM. Deliveries will be delivered on the next available delivery day (orders must be placed by 5PM the night before any of our delivery days, for example if you order on Sunday before 5PM your order will be delivered on Monday, an order placed after this time will be delivered Wednesday. Delivery is available within a 3-mile radius of our shop. For those outside this area, in-store pickup is available after you receive the "Order is Ready for Pickup" notification. Please check our shop’s opening hours at the bottom of the website before arriving to collect your order.
- What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within a 3-mile radius from 31 Castlereagh Rd, Belfast BT5 5FP. Orders outside of this radius, will only have a "Pick Up" option available at checkout.
Meal Questions
- Can I customise my meal plan
Yes, you can swap meals when ordering. We aim to meet your preferences.
- Are nutritional details provided
Yes, preset meals include calorie and macro breakdowns. We’re working on adding this for "Create Your Own" meals.
- Can I freeze the meals?
Our meals are fresh but can be frozen on delivery day if needed.
