You pick, we prep, you dine, winning at meal prep one bite at a time.

How Does It Work?

You Choose

Select the type of meal and the desired number of meals.

We Cook

We prepare your meal/s with our fresh ingredients and to specific macros.

We Deliver or You Collect

We deliver your meal/s straight to your door. Typically orders can be delivered every Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 1PM - 5PM. Deliveries will be delivered on the next available delivery day (orders must be placed by 5PM the night before any of our delivery days, for example if you order on Sunday before 5PM your order will be delivered on Monday, an order placed after this time will be delivered Wednesday. Delivery is available within a 3-mile radius of our shop. For those outside this area, in-store pickup is available after you receive the "Order is Ready for Pickup" notification. Please check our shop’s opening hours at the bottom of the website before arriving to collect your order.

You Enjoy & You Store

You can enjoy our meals but REMEMBER all our food must be consumed HOT to enjoy! All meals can be stored in the fridge for 4 days or placed in the freezer to keep longer.
